We all get stuck in thinking and lifestyle patterns that limit our ability to grow and feel good about ourselves. This can lead to a stunting of personal growth, discomfort in the body, and conflict in relationships.
Together, we will use movement low-intensity movement as a safe and comfortable space to help identify and heal the emotional wounds behind these problematic patterns. Then we will use meditation to heal these wounds at a subconscious level leading to deep, lasting improvement.
