About my coaching services:

I work with people of all ages shapes and sizes to get their bodies moving while working on emotional well-being.

This practice is for people who don’t particularly like exercising, and don’t feel traditional therapy is for them.

Movement is medicine. When we move our bodies we feel better physically and emotionally.

My program utilizes the power of movement as the optimal setting for working on personal growth and mindset.

Together we will engage in low-intensity activities like walking and slow running (for those who are up to it) to create an environment where we become most susceptible to emotional progress.

While we move we will discuss things like mindset, limiting self-talk, core wounds, attachment styles, and quite frankly, anything else that is on your mind. But to be clear, this is not emotional venting. This is about giving attention to the emotions we find challenging and finding efficient and effective ways to deal with them.

After our movement session, once we’ve tapped into some of the emotional challenges you might be experiencing, we will end the session with a meditation.

Practicing movement in a safe and comfortable setting allows the mind to access emotions without the debilitating potency that can lead us to avoiding and pushing down the things that make us emotionally uncomfortable. Meditating allows us to access the subconscious mind to create deep and lasting growth and change.

I also offer coaching programs for dating coaching and relationship coaching using attachment theory to help you understand your relationship to yourself, the world, and the people around you. Understanding attachment styles will help you identify the attachment styles of those you interact with and make it easier for you to connect and communicate.

My dating coaching package helps you understand the basics of relationships. We'll start by identifying your attachment style and relationship patterns, exploring what works for you and what doesn't. Together, we'll discover and heal core wounds and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.
